If you have been craving a get away somewhere warm and beautiful while taking your journey of selflove with the Bodysex® method to a deeper level then you will love this.
Your retreat can be for 4 - 8 days long depending if you want to take time for integration and getting to know the spectacular nature of Tenerife. You will be hosted in our family home Casa Azul in a lovely single room with a shared bathroom plus breakfast and dinner. Anna will facilitate 2 Bodysex® sessions with breath work, embodiment exercises, selflove rituals and the Bodysex® Method. If you choose to stay 3 - 4 days we‘ll do an excursion in-midst of the astonishing vulcanic landscapes of the canaries. You can choose from a list of activities : relaxing on a black sand beach, visiting beautiful Anaga mountains, the National Parque Teide or seeing Orotava‘s churches and town hall square and enjoying coffee & cake.
