Céline und Anna sind Intimacy Coaches, zertifiziert von den Pionierinnen Betty Dodson PHD, Barbara Carrellas und Dr. Betty Martin.
Wir zeigen Betty’s Zeichnungen von verschiedenen Vulva-Stilen. Beim Betrachten von Vulven wird sichtbar, dass Vielfalt die Norm ist, dadurch wird ein neues Körperbewusstsein geschaffen und die eigene Körperscham abgelegt. Wir nehmen uns Zeit für eure Fragen und öffnen den Kreis für den Dialog.

Anna und Céline zeigen Euch die "Rock'n'Roll" Methode, die von Betty Dodson fürs die tanzkörperliche Aktivierung für Ganzkörperorgasmen entwickelt wurde.
Durch diese Methode verbindest Du dich mit deinem ganzen Körper, deine sexuelle Energie kommt ins Fließen und es entsteht eine Steigerung deines sexuellen Lustempfindens, dass durch den gesamten Körper strömt.
In einem Self-Pleasuring Circle leiten wir die Methode an und eröffnen einen Self-pleasuring circle. Das Erlebnis in einem Kreis zu sein, wo Frauen und Menschen mit Vulva selbstbestimmt Lust erleben und zelebrieren, ist einzigartig und erleuchtend!

Bodysex is simply a process of self-discovery. There is no failure. We remove the layers of shame, guilt, misinformation, and trauma to reveal your true sexual self. This workshop is for women and people with vulvas.
Using anatomical diagrams, we discuss female anatomy and the model of female arousal. The Bodysex method supports women in establishing a connection with their bodies and orgasms, healing shame, intensifying pleasure, and promoting self-love. By receiving basic information and stimulating our bodies according to our own pleasure, we learn about our sexual nature. For each person, this knowledge is useful for understanding and enhancing pleasure more precisely. Like everything else, through practice, experience deepens, and pleasure sensations increase.

Bodysex is a practice developed by Dr. Betty Dodson over the last 40 years in her consciousness work on female sexuality. Women come together and discuss their own experiences with their bodies and orgasms. The method consists of a series of rituals that support women in loving their bodies and increasing their sexual pleasure.

The rituals are learned in an environment of compassion and support. All women in the circle are equal. The workshop leader serves the group by holding space and introducing the rituals. Each woman heals herself through the rituals and the exchange in the circle. The intimacy in the workshop often creates a sense of sisterhood among those who have shared this space together.
