Know Your Body. Own Your Pleasure through the Bodysex® Method

Bodysex® is a space for women to reconnect with their bodies, sexuality, and inner authority. It offers honest sex education — including clear, respectful guidance around female anatomy, arousal, and orgasm — in a circle of trust and care.

This workshop is not about performance, fixing, or being sexual for someone else. It's about being with your body, at yourpace. Through guided self-touch, sharing, and body-based practices, you are invited to explore what feels true for you — without pressure, without judgment.

You don’t have to be confident, open, or experienced to join. You just have to be willing to show up — with your fears, your curiosity, your longing to feel more. The space is safe, warm, and trauma-informed. Touch can be healing. Shame can dissolve. Pleasure can return.

This is about embodied womanhood — not as an ideal, but as your own unfolding.
