A space to explore what it truly means to give, receive, and ask for what you want. Rooted in the teachings of Betty Martin, PhD — the Wheel of Consent and the Three-Minute Game — this workshop offers a practical, embodied way into touch, boundaries, and authentic connection.

 

In a slow, attentive atmosphere, we practice consensual, conscious touch. This is not explicitly sexual, though sensual or erotic energy is welcome when it arises naturally. You'll be invited to tune in to your full-body Yes, to offer clear access to yourself, and to listen closely to what truly feels intimate and right for you — not what you think you're supposed to enjoy, or what someone else assumes you want.

 

This space is for singles, couples, women, men, and non-binary people alike — of any age (18+), sexual orientation, or gender identity. For anyone who wants to explore intimacy, voice, and honest touch. Through guided partner exercises, mindful rituals, and shared reflection, we explore what it feels like to give from a clear Yes — and to receive exactly what you want.

 

What will we be doing during the workshop?

 

We'll work with exercises like the Three-Minute Game, clear agreements, and body-based dialogue. You'll practice saying what you want — and feel what it's like to receive exactly that. You'll also practice giving from a full, embodied Yes.

 

What is this workshop really about?

 

This is about intimacy - not performance, not pleasing, not guessing. It's about sensing what feels true in the body. Touch is the tool; presence is the practice; consent arises through mutual exchange.

 

Is this workshop sexual?

 

Not explicitly. Sensual or erotic energy can arise. The focus is on awareness, sensing intimacy, honoring boundaries, and mutual respect. Clothing stays on for the most part of the workshop, unless something different is organically and mutually agreed upon.

 

Who is this workshop for?

 

For singles and couple who want to explore intimacy with themselves and others, who want to feel an embodied Yes! and No! and become more certain what touch they seek and which they want to give open-heartedly. The space is open to all genders, orientations and relationship constellations.

 

No prior experience needed,  just curiosity, openness, compassion and willingness for exploration.
